Return and withdrawal

In the case of a Contract for the purchase of Products and Services concluded by a Consumer Customer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the Contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the Consumer Customer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Product; in the case of separate delivery of multiple goods, ordered by the Consumer Customer with a single order, the fourteen-day deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.

Within the aforementioned 14 day period, the Consumer Customer must communicate his intention to withdraw from the contract. In case of shipping, the items can be sent to the following address:

The notice of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the Product or Products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.

2Q Group SrL (QUA QUA) communicates to the Consumer Customer without delay a confirmation of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the Site, of the exercised withdrawal.

In compliance with the provisions of article 59, letter. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for Products made to measure or clearly personalized or which risk deteriorating or altering rapidly. Furthermore, you cannot exercise the withdrawal in relation to sealed consumer products that have been opened after delivery (art. 59 letter i) of the Consumer Code).

The Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the Consumer Customer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any labels and brochures , without any shortcomings.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection which have been opened after delivery.

Regarding the condition of the goods, they must be in a perfect state of conservation. The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in value resulting from handling other than normal and necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.e.

If the Product was purchased online, it will be possible to go to one of our stores and request a return directly in store.

In case of Return and Withdrawal, the costs are borne by the Consumer customer for exercising the right of withdrawal and are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Once the withdrawal request has been received, 2Q Group SrL will refund the entire amount paid (excluding shipping costs) by the Consumer Customer within fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Customer exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting via the same payment method used by the Consumer when ordering. 2Q Group SrL reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the Products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Consumer Customer has demonstrated that they have sent back the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.

However, if the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the Consumer Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid. In this case, the Consumer Customer will be able to regain, at his expense, the Product in the state in which it was returned to 2Q Group SrL. Otherwise, 2Q Group SrL may retain the returned Products, in addition to all sums already paid by the Consumer Customer for the relevant purchase. Shipping and transport costs are borne by the Customer.

Furthermore, the private customer, without prejudice to what is described above, can go to the point of sale to return the product even if he has not requested the return authorization via the web: he will only have to show either the invoice or the electronic purchase order.

This type of return includes the reimbursement via shopping voucher, of the same amount as the return, to be spent in any QUA QUA point of sale or on the website www.qua-qua.it.

In the case of purchases made with installment payments:

  • If the customer exercises total withdrawal, the financing procedure will be cancelled. The cancellation of the financing procedure will be requested by 2Q Group SrL from the appointed finance company only following receipt and verification of the integrity of the goods.
  • If the customer exercises partial withdrawal, or intends to exercise the right of withdrawal limited to one or some of the products included in the order, following receipt and verification of the integrity of the product subject to withdrawal, 2Q Group SrL will communicate to the customer the new amount to be financed. The customer will contact the financier in charge communicating the new amount and requesting the opening of a new financing procedure.

Following the final approval and settlement of the new financing practice, 2Q Group SrL will request the Finanziara to cancel the previous practice.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

– The right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, the preceding paragraphs do not apply with regard to Contracts concluded with Customers with a VAT number.
