In the case of a Contract for the purchase of Products and Services concluded by a Consumer Customer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the Contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the Consumer Customer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Product; in the case of separate delivery of several goods, ordered by the Consumer Customer with a single order, the term of fourteen days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal runs from the day on which the last good is delivered.
Within the aforementioned deadline of 14 days the Consumer Customer must communicate the wish to withdraw from the contract. In case of shipment, the items can be sent to the following address:

The notice of withdrawal must specify the wish to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the Product or Products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.
2Q Group S.r.L. (QUA QUA) informs the Consumer Customer without delay of confirmation of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the Website, of the withdrawal exercised.
In compliance with the provisions of article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer can not exercise the right of withdrawal for Products made to measure or clearly personalized or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Furthermore, it can not exercise the withdrawal in relation to sealed consumer products that have been opened after delivery (Article 59 lett. i) of the Consumer Code).
The Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the Consumer Customer has announced the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any labels and brochures without any lack.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection that have been opened after delivery.
Regarding the state of the goods, they must be in a perfect state of conservation. The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in value resulting from a handling other than “normal” and necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the product has been purchased online, you can go to one of our stores and ask for the return directly in the store.
In case of Return and Withdrawal the costs are charged to the customer Consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the property, as required by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.
Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, 2Q Group S.r.L. will refund the entire amount paid (excluding shipping costs) from the Consumer Customer within the term of fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal, by means of re-crediting through the same payment method used by the Consumer during order. 2Q Group S.r.L. reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until it has received the Products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Consumer Customer has shown that he has returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs earlier.
However, if the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the Consumer Customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of the sums already paid. In this case, the Consumer Customer may, at his own expense, recover the Product in the state in which it was returned to 2Q Group S.r.L. . Otherwise, 2Q Group S.r.L. may retain the returned Products, in addition to all sums already paid by the Consumer Customer for the relative purchase. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the customer.
The private customer also, without prejudice to the above, can go to the point of sale to make the product even if he has not requested the return authorization via the web: he will only have to show the invoice or the purchase order.
This type of return provides for reimbursement through a gift voucher, of the same amount of return, to be spent in any store QUA QUA or on the website www.qua-qua.it.
In the case of purchases made by installment payment:
- If the client exercises total withdrawal, the financing practice will be canceled. The cancellation of the financing procedure will be requested by 2Q Group S.r.L. Only after the receipt and verification of the integrity of the goods is received by the financial institution.
- If the customer exercises partial withdrawal, or intends to exercise the right of withdrawal limited to one or some of the products included in the order, following receipt and verification of the integrity of the product object of withdrawal, 2Q Group S.r.L. will notify the customer of the new amount to be financed. The customer will contact the appointed financial institution by communicating the new amount and requesting the opening of a new loan application.
Following the definitive approval and liquidation of the new financing practice, 2Q Group S.r.L. will request the cancellation of the previous practice from the Finanziara.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
– The right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, the preceding paragraphs do not apply with regard to contracts concluded with Customers with a VAT number.
